La décision de la cour d'appel de Bordeaux tombe ce mercredi. En première instance, le photographe avait été condamné à trois ans de prison dont six mois avec sursis, 350.000 euros d'amende et l'obligation de verser à la milliardaire plus de 158 millions d'euros de dommages et intérêts.
